Chronic diseases, such as obesity and diabetes, can lead to lower productivity and increased days of work missed. On average, full-time working Americans spend more than one-third of their day, five days per week, in the workplace.
Effective workplace programs and policies can reduce health risks and improve the quality of life. District Health Department #10 can help you create a worksite wellness program from the ground up, or just provide the best practice recommendations to improve your existing program.
