Worksite Wellness
Making Wellness Work!
Chronic diseases, such as obesity and diabetes, can lead to lower productivity and increased days of work missed. On average, full-time working Americans spend more than one-third of their day, five days per week, in the workplace. The use of effective workplace programs and policies can reduce health risks and improve the quality of life for American workers.
District Health Department #10 is here to help you create a worksite wellness program from the ground up, or just provide the best practice recommendations to improve your existing program. Download our brochure here.
