The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) is an evidence-based lifestyle change program aimed at preventing Type 2 Diabetes.
NDPP's goal is to help participants make simple choices in everyday life to lose weight, reduce dietary fat intake, and increase daily physical activity.
DHD#10's NDPP is led by trained lifestyle coaches who facilitate, motivate, and encourage group dynamics to provide a participant with a rewarding journey.
