Sunday, May 31, 2020 is World No Tobacco Day, a day encouraging 24- hour abstinence from all forms of tobacco consumption and action to stand up to Big tobacco companies, worldwide. This year, the focus of World No Tobacco Day is “protecting youth from industry manipulation and preventing them from tobacco and nicotine use”. Spring has OFFICIALLY sprung here in Michigan. With the month of May comes sunshine, flowers, weddings, and of course Mother’s Day. This month, we have 3 smoothies, including my mom’s favorite! 1. Wedding Cake This smoothie tastes just like the batter.
