Handwashing Awareness

If there was a way to help prevent illness wouldn’t you want to know? There is! As part of National Handwashing Awareness Week, we are reminding people that something as simple as washing your hands is one of the best ways to remove germs, avoid getting sick, and prevent the spread of germs to others. It’s quick, easy, and can protect from sickness. Wash your hands often during these key times to stay healthy: Before, during, and after preparing food Before eating food Before and after caring for someone sick Before and after treating a cut or wound’ After using the restroom After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the restroom After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
