Walk with Ease

Coming August 2024: Walk with Ease!

Walk with Ease is a self-paced 6 week walking program designed to help participants reduce pain and improve overall health. The goal is for participants to get up and walking 3 times per week for 10-35 minutes, without increase pain.

August 7 - September 11, 2024.
