Smoothie STARS

Another year has come to an end. December can be the busiest, happiest, and most stressful time of the year, so you really deserve these two Christmas cookie flavored smoothies. You’ve earned it!

1. Gingerbread Cookie

Recipe:

- ½ frozen banana

- 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

- 2 Tbsp almond butter

- ½ Tbsp maple syrup (I use sugar free)

- ½ tsp ginger

- ¼ tsp cinnamon

Add everything to blender and blend until combined.



2. Chocolate Chip Cookie

Recipe:

- 1 frozen banana

- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

- ¼ cup oats

- 1 Tbsp almond butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Add everything to blender and blend until combined.
