Smoothie STARS

Get ready for all things Fall: Labor Day, Back to School, Apple Orchards and changing leaves, with these two smoothies.

1. Apple Pumpkin Smoothie

A classic mix of two fall favorites!

Recipe:

- ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce

- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

- ½ frozen banana

- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

- 1/3 cup oats

- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin

- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Add everything to blender and blend until combined.


2. Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

A back to school lunch staple.

Recipe:

- 1 frozen banana

- 2 Tbsp peanut butter

- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

- ½ cup frozen blueberries

- 1 container lite blueberry yogurt

Add everything to blender and blend until combined.
