MSU Extension - Stress Less with Mindfulness: Mindful Eating Class

Mindfulness offers many benefits throughout the year, but it can be especially helpful during the holidays. During this FREE session we will explore Mindful Eating and ways mindfulness can improve your relationship with food. You will also practice how to take one mindful bite and learn how to gauge your hunger to find your healthy eating zone. Mindful Eating is part of the Stress Less with Mindfulness program authored by West Virginia Extension.
