Use EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to minimize negative feelings and emotions; build up your resilience and endurance by upping the time and intensity of your workouts with a F.I.T.T. exercise routine; and, if you’re worried about the heat, we’ve got a list of our favorite no-cook seasonal recipes to keep you cool during the summer weather.
