This week we are exploring what it means to be flexible — in both body and mind. Use yoga and meditation to strengthen your emotional adaptability and to help repurpose negative or unpleasant emotions into motivating forces for good; improve your range of motion and reduce your risk of injury by incorporating some simple stretches into your physical activity routine; and when it comes to meal time, expand the definition of what foods can be served when with our list of plant-based breakfast foods that deserve a place on your dinner table.
