It’s finally starting to feel like spring; and as the flowers begin to bloom and the branches start to blossom, we are reminded that life continues to progress forward, despite appearing to be stalled in the past. Normalcy is on the cusp of return, and soon many of us will be reunited with the people and pastimes that, before the pandemic, brought us so much joy and self-fulfillment.


This week, we’re focusing on ways you can reconnect with the outside world. Spread kindness and positivity beyond your immediate social circle by giving compliments and well wishes to everyone with whom you interact throughout the day; get active (and social) by phoning an old friend, family member, or colleague and going for a partner walk or Monday Mile; and breathe new life and flavor into your favorite plant-based foods with our list of spicy, smoky, tangy, and down-right delicious condiments and sauces.
