Stress is a normal part of the human experience; however, if stress goes unmanaged, the tension and pressure can impact your physical health and mental wellbeing.


April is Stress Awareness Month, so this Monday we’re focusing on methods you can use throughout the week to relax, stay calm, and destress. Use the Monday Refresh technique (breathing, mindfulness, positive-thinking, physical activity) to turn feelings of stress into positive wells of motivation; subdue daily stressors and clear your head by taking a mindful walk outside; and ease your stress about the environmental impact of your favorite seafood by trying some plant-based alternatives for Meatless Monday. This Monday, remind yourself that you’re in control of how you feel.
