As the weather gets a bit chillier, we’ll look to our cozy sweaters, scarfs, and ear muffs to stay snug, but there are other ways to keep your body, mind, and belly warm during the winter.

This week is all about turning up the heat during the cold winter months. Pour some fuel on your internal fire with energizing deep-breathing exercises; warm up your body and soothe out pesky muscle knots with our beginner’s guide to foam rolling; and for dinner time, try making a hot and hearty plant-based soup or stew.
