Perform extra acts of kindness to spread positive energy beyond your immediate social circle; start a Zoom dance party for a groovy way to stay physically active and connect with friends and relatives; and for everyone’s favorite festive meal, recreate the Thanksgiving feast by sharing fun, plant-based recipes online or by having a virtual pot luck with family and friends. Most importantly, remember to be thankful.
