Thanksgiving is going to feel a little different this year. But, although we may not be sitting at the same dinner table as our family, friends, and loved ones, there are still ways to celebrate the spirit of giving and gratitude from afar.
This Monday, consider healthy ways you can adapt to the circumstances and have fun with your loved ones even when you're not physically together. Perform extra acts of kindness to spread positive energy beyond your immediate social circle; start a Zoom dance party for a groovy way to stay physically active and connect with friends and relatives; and for everyone’s favorite festive meal, recreate the Thanksgiving feast by sharing fun, plant-based recipes online or by having a virtual pot luck with family and friends. Most importantly, remember to be thankful.
