November 3 will be as stressful as it is historic, but regardless of how the election unfolds, the sun will keep shining, your family and friends will still love you, and life will keep on moving forward. 


This week, we are focusing on ways to reduce that pre-election anxiety and give ourselves a boost. Take a pause when you start feeling stressed or overwhelmed and practice mindful breathing to re-center yourself; use some simple chair yoga to keep your body busy and your mind clear; and keep your immune system healthy and strong by cooking up some of our favorite plant-based recipes loaded with vitamin C.
