The Northwest Michigan Chronic Disease Prevention Coalition has formed a Policy, Systems, and Environmental Change (PSE) Task Force to support the 11-county region of the coalition in creating changes to reduce the risk of chronic disease in our local population.  This task force is composed of community partners working together  to network, educate, and provide technical assistance on best practices for change.  Click here for a PSE summary.
